Snow in the Galloway Forest Park–26th January 2013

We headed up The Queens Way in the Galloway Forest Park for a walk in the snow. Stopping between The Glen of the Bar and Murrays Monument and headed up the track.

Mini alpine forest!
We reached the Louran Burn and had lunch by the waterfall, unfortunately it is in a deep ravine and no good for photos, so we headed back down. By the time we got back to the car, much of the snow had gone and it had started to rain!
